Can you grow microbes surrounded by honey?

you can't use honey as a media to grow germs,but there is s disease cause by bacteria carried by pollens ,the germs called Clostridium botulinum ,that's why honey is foolish for babies under one year out-of-date,and this bacteria is used surrounded by Botox,it causes relaxation of the muscles.
