Let me first say that ANY anti-depressant can become ineffective over time. HOWEVER, this dosage of Wellbutrin is NOT a remedial dose BY ITSELF. If the depression is worsening, it most likely is the DOSE and NOT the Wellbutrin..and, Wellbutrin XR is superior to regular Wellbutrin.
I am currently taking 300 mg Welbutrin each day. It has lost
efficacy during the two years I've used it. I am losing
the awareness of well-being it provided in the birth
of treatment. Not good!
