Can you die from a smell?

I could tell you more, but I don't deliberate I should. Yes, it can happen when the piece you smell is toxic or poisonous which can cause suffocation.
It is also possible that the smell accessible to you contains allergenic tiny part which you are allergic to, then you take action on it severely up to the extent of having anaphylactic shock next you die if not lucky ample.
Another cause is: when you dislike the smell, you hold your breath until you get hold of suffocated. (Sounds a joke.)
Yes you could. There are poisonous smells out in that that kill culture. For example, in one time of war, a chlorine bomb was created. The stench kill many tons soldiers.
It's not the smell itself that can kill you.but the entity making the smell. If the smell is anything toxic, you could die.
Examples: Smoke, cyanide gas, Carbon Monoxide,
If it is the smell of something toxic like sulfur dioxide or cyanide or ammonia you can. if it is purely unpleasant you might wish to but that won't do it.
yes, it depends while have a smell which gas u r inhaling, means if its CO later definitely one can die.
Not from a smell, per se, but from a poisonous chemical that could be cause the smell.
It is possible. If you smell carbon monoxide in an sheltered place for some time as it happens contained by a car disaster.
