Can you grasp meningitis from kissing someone?

I know you can get meningitis from drinking out of matching water bottle as someone, etc., but later wouldn't it be logical that you could get it from kissing too??
This is adjectives completely theoretical (I wasn't kissing anyone who get meningitis, or anything), so no one receive worried!! Yes. See the references below.
