do you pray before work to be His instument surrounded by healing or do you seperate your spiritual side and work? (this is not a "judging" cross-question, i am sincerely interested) I tend not to think of myself as an instrument of G_d, not out of arrogance, but humility. Generally I don't pray while working, however, I do surrounded by some circumstances: 1) The patient is VERY VERY poorly and I'm not sure what's the best course, 2) A young soul or child is diagnosed with a horrible disease, 3) A long-suffering has died.
