casein lactose food allergy?

if somebody has an allergy for adjectives kinds of sugar that be caused by lactose and casein intolerance?
if I enjoy lactose allergy, could it be caused by casein allergy? here cant be allergy to sugars.
because allergy involves immune response to foreign molecule.
sugars are not foreign, and not big ample to elicit such a response.
But casein may elicit immune response.
If you cant do with lactose, it is call lactose intolerance.
This is because lactose is not metabolized by your body.
So certain other microbes in your gut use it, and produce stomach upset.
Lactose and casein are related because they are both present contained by dairy. If a person is sensitive to both of these compounds, they are probably allergic to adjectives dairy and dairy components. My sister has anaphylaxis (the same counterattack people hold when they are allergic to a be sting) that is triggered by dairy. This includes the sugars and proteins derived from a dairy podium, even if the products are from the milk of an animal besides a cow. Your best bet if you or someone you know is showing sensitivity to lactose and casein is to avoid all dairy products and things containing dairy derivatives (watch for sneaky things resembling hot dogs that use casein for fillers and Bath and Body Works hand lotion that contains lactose) and progress to get tested by an allergist ASAP.
