Chd risk factor and leukocyte esterase??

I just received my blood and urine examination results. Can someone (preferably in the medical field) please explain what a 'low chd risk factor is' 2.61ratio, and what is a 'small leukocyte esterase'.
Originally the test were done to see if I have any thyroid problems but the technichian said 'so far so good' and the doctor wasn't there. Leucocyte esterase - see citation below - suggests a small number of white cell in the urine - may involve a recheck as it might indicate an infection
CHD Risk factor - can be looked up in an assortment of places on the web - a blood assessment alone would only afford part of the picture as you entail to look at lifestyle e.g smoking and physical measurements e.g. age, sex and blood pressure.
The ratio mentioned is likely to be total cholesterol/HDL. 2.61 is a pious figure - see the weblink below.
