CFTR gene?

This is part of my inheritance homework. I pasted the press below. I want to know where I can find the CFTR sequence. All assist is appreciated.
"Print out the first 100 bases for the mRNA of CFTR, starting
near the ATG that encodes the first amino acid. Now convert it to
DNA. Now, “scan” for ORF contained by all 6 frames. Indicate “S” for sense
at respectively possible triplet, and “N” for nonsense at respectively triplet.
Which “frame” has the longest start on reading frame?" You can get the sequence at PubMed's Nucleotide clause: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.
If you go to the National Center for Biotechnology Information website of the National Library of Medicine within the US (www.ncbi. nlm.nih.gov) you can type CFTR into the search pane and select UniGene from the dropdown window on the moved out. When the list appears look for the species you are interested contained by and the links for the sequences. You can find the entire coding sequence by looking for the "FEATURES" section and the occupancy "CDS" which will point out the nucleotides of the actual coding sequence (the open reading frame). As for the rest of your assignment, you should be capable of figure out the translations surrounded by the six different frames.
